Scholarship Ball

The Scholarship Ball is Holy Family University’s annual fund-raising gala benefitting student financial aid. The design combined elaborate flourishes with watercolor brush strokes to convey a heightened level of sophistication. The invite, reply card, and envelopes were printed on pearlized paper to emphasize the elegance of the event. 

In order to promote the silent auction, we created posters and flyers describing the items up for auction.

To help save printing costs, the invitation was a trifold that fit into an A7 envelope. The reply card and reply envelope fit inside the invitation for a nice clean package.

Upon arrival, guests were given their seating cards which reinforced the look of the event.

StoneRidge Retirement Living

The Kickoff to Summer Open House event was a huge success. The turnout was more than the client had at previous events. They said, “I have rarely had such a great mix of great pieces, in such rapid speed and all proving to be so successful.”

The client wanted to convey a fun, summer feel for the campaign so we came up with a tall pitcher of delicious lemonade as the main visual. We used the blue from their color palette for the blue in the napkin pattern to reinforce their brand.

We created animated graphics for the digital ads to attract more attention to the Open House. We also ran print ads in multiple local papers.

Alumni Reunion

Le Dîner en Bleu has become the theme for Holy Family University’s Alumni Reunion. It’s a twist on the popular Le Dîner en Blanc event (where all guests dress in white) except Alumni and their guests wear various shades of the school’s color - blue. 

The invitations incorporated various shades of blue to echo the theme of the event. The screened back circles add an additional texture while mimicking champagne bubbles.

The branding for the event is applied to the seating cards, the table numbers, as well as posters greeting guests and thanking them for coming.
